KASIH, KEADILAN, DAN REKONSILIASI: KONSTRUKSI TEOLOGI POLITIK KRISTEN BAGI RESOLUSI KONFLIK SOSIAL DI TANAH PAPUA
Abstract
Konflik sosial dan politik di Tanah Papua telah berlangsung selama beberapa dekade dan menghasilkan luka yang dalam bagi masyarakat, gereja, serta proses pembangunan sosial secara luas. Pendekatan berbasis keamanan, meskipun dominan dalam kebijakan negara, terbukti belum memadai dalam menjawab akar struktural dan historis dari konflik tersebut. Realitas ini menuntut adanya kerangka etis-teologis yang berorientasi pada perdamaian berkelanjutan dan rekonsiliasi yang autentik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkonstruksi teologi politik Kristen yang berlandaskan nilai kasih, keadilan, dan rekonsiliasi sebagai kontribusi bagi resolusi konflik sosial di Papua. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan kualitatif-teologis, penelitian ini menganalisis teks-teks Alkitab, karya-karya teologi politik klasik dan kontemporer, serta literatur terkini tentang konflik Papua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa paradigma keamanan yang dominan telah mengabaikan dimensi dialogis dan rekonsiliatif yang esensial bagi perdamaian yang berkelanjutan, dan bahwa teologi politik Kristen yang dibangun di atas pilar kasih, keadilan, dan rekonsiliasi menawarkan alternatif yang lebih holistik. Penelitian ini mengusulkan model rekonsiliatif lima tahap kebenaran, keadilan, pengampunan, rekonsiliasi, dan shalom sebagai kontribusi konstruktif bagi gereja, pemerintah, dan masyarakat Papua dalam mewujudkan perdamaian yang adil dan berkelanjutan.
